August IS a great month to do business!

There is an urban myth in business that is supported in too many companies; 'August is always a quiet month and you can't close sales because everyone is away'.

Research conducted by Sandler Training within their client group is disproving this myth and showing that with the right focus, significant business can and has been won in the month of August.

Sandler clients MSM Software, bespoke software specialist based in Exeter, and Totnes based Scanstrut, suppliers to the marine industry, have both reported record sales this August. MSM has had their best ever month in their 13 years in business and Scanstrut confirmed they were 40% up on August 2010. Other Sandler clients Optix Solutions, Summit Recruitment and Alpha-vae all signed multiple significant clients during the month.
