With a background in professional services and having completed her qualification in Professional Marketing with the CIM she continues to expand her skill set, generating leads and building brand awareness.

Meet Sophie...

What does your role at Sandler Training involve?
My role is really varied, I get involved in everything from social media management, filming, and hosting events to graphic design and PR.

What are your favourite things about working at Sandler Training?
The clients! We work with so many different people in different industries, meeting them and seeing how they are growing their business is always interesting.

What do you enjoy most about the work that you do?
There’s always a challenge. At Sandler you are always encouraged to stretch yourself to see how much you can achieve (nearly always more than you thought you could).

What were you doing before working at Sandler Training?
I’ve mostly worked in professional services, with lawyers and accountants.

What are the most common challenges your clients face?
Qualifying where best to spend their time while marketing and prospecting.



What do you think makes Sandler unique to any other training provider?
Long-term impact. Sandler creates a stronger culture within businesses that benefits the whole organisation for years to come.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Spending time with my husband and our dog, Rocket. Running, swimming, hosting my book club ‘Read between the wines’ and attempting various DIY projects.

What is your guilty pleasure?
Country music radio (shh, don’t tell anyone)

Have you got a life motto?
The purpose of our lives is to be happy – Dalai Lama

What is the best advice you have ever been given?
To worry is to suffer twice

What is your biggest achievement?
Becoming a runner (albeit a slow one) even though I had serious imposter syndrome.

Can you tell me an interesting fact about yourself?
I have worked in New York and Australia.
