Ernest Jackson's UK-based sales team and sales management have been working with Andy McCreadie and his team at Sandler over the last three years. Our initial piece of work together was to create a sales strategy that included us reviewing our existing client base, identifying which clients had growth potential, and which companies we wanted to attain.
