Ashwoods returned to Sandler as a client after launching new products and striving to enter new global markets with our new sales team. We wanted to equip the team with the tools to win major deals with large international companies. Over the past 12 months our training with Sandler has helped us to achieve over 100% increase in new business. We have won some large deals with significant international businesses, including the most profitable deal we have ever achieved as a company! Ernest Jackson's UK-based sales team and sales management have been working with Andy McCreadie and his team at Sandler over the last three years. Our initial piece of work together was to create a sales strategy that included us reviewing our existing client base, identifying which clients had growth potential, and which companies we wanted to attain. Without expanding our sales team (but through better equipping our existing one), we increased revenue last year by 15%. This was as a result of opening up some major new accounts, improving the way we work with existing clients and through using a new sales process that has helped us get to decisions more quickly. As a result, Sandler has helped us become the fastest growing part of the Mondelez global business.
