Directions to Woodbury Business Park

Parking

As you enter the business park, drive straight ahead, up into the main car park.
Please then turn left and park through the green gates.

Directions from Cornwall, Exeter, South Hams, Teignbridge, Torbay, West Devon:

  • Leave the M5 junction 30 at Sandygate roundabout onto the A376 signposted Exmouth, Sidmouth.
  • At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A376 signposted Exmouth.
  • At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the B3179 signposted Budleigh Salterton.
  • As you arrive into Woodbury take the 1st right before the pedestrian crossing signposted Lympstone and Exmouth.
  • Carry along this road following the signposts for Lympstone and Exmouth and you will see the Business Park on your left hand side.

Directions from the North:

  • Head towards Exeter on the M5 southbound.
  • Leave the M5 junction 30 at Sandygate roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A376 signposted Exmouth, Sidmouth.
  • At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A376 signposted Exmouth.
  • At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the B3179 signposted Budleigh Salterton.
  • As you arrive into Woodbury take the 1st right before the pedestrian crossing signposted Lympstone and Exmouth.
  • Carry along this road following the signposts for Lympstone and Exmouth and you will see the Business Park on your left hand side.

Directions from East Devon:

  • Head towards Exeter on the A3052.
  • At the roundabout in Newton Poppleford take the 2nd exit onto the A376.
  • At the roundabout in Clyst St Mary take the 1st exit left.
  • At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the B3179 signposted Budleigh Salterton.
  • As you arrive into Woodbury take the 1st right before the pedestrian crossing signposted Lympstone and Exmouth.
  • Carry along this road following the signposts for Lympstone and Exmouth and you will see the Business Park on your left hand side.
