After 12 months of working with Sandler Training we won the biggest deal in our company’s 50-year history.

We had been trying to work with a major global business for several years but they are a conservative organisation and reluctant to change suppliers. Sandler taught us how to dig much deeper into the client’s challenges and priorities in order to really understand them and create a suitably tailored product. We also learned how to uncover the potential obstacles to doing business together so that we could deal with them. We learned how to understand and negotiate the client’s decision-making process and take better control. Importantly, because all of our team from President to Sales to Engineers had been trained in the Sandler sales approach, we were able to work together as a team in a consistent and effective way.

We ultimately closed a multimillion $ deal - a massive victory for our company.

Having had the opportunity to spend the last six months following the Sandler Foundations and Sales Mastery courses, our team has begun to successfully use a set of sales techniques and processes that complement our business perfectly.
